DEEP ROOTS IN THE OILFIELD COMMUNITY

Established in 1947 with one tug boat in Chalmette, Louisiana, Broussard Brothers expanded the company in 1959 by moving to Intracoastal City, LA and increasing its service area. Over the years, Broussard Brothers has progressed from six acres of low-lying marshland to over a mile of developed waterfront property.

We are located between mile marker 161 and 162 on the Intracoastal Waterway just one half mile East of the Leland Bowman Locks, right on the Freshwater Bayou Channel.

An inventory of the companies at our location include: EPS, Schlumberger, Trussco, Halliburton, Newpark Environemntal, Baker Cement, Baker Completion Fluids, Global Geophysical, PSC, Newpark Drilling Fluids and HIDCO. Because of our multifaceted facilities, Broussard Brothers is able to offer you a complete range of services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
